The process of DS'ing accelerates your aircraft very rapidly and violently requiring total concentration, skill, practice, and optimal conditions to perform this type of flying safely. DS'ing should always be practiced with the utmost care and consideration of safety, both your own and that of other people in the vicinity. Always safety check your aircraft and radio gear for proper operation and freshly charged batteries prior to launching. SoaringUSA accepts no responsibility for the use of our products during construction or during any flight. Always obey AMA rules and safety guidelines. WEBSITE USE POLICY SoaringUSA.com strives to make it's website accessible to all users. The text size is flexible, and can be adjusted in the "View" drop-down menu of your browser. SoaringUSA's content and images are copyrighted and protected information. Use of our materials is only allowed with express written consent. SoaringUSA makes every effort to make sure the information on our site is valid and accurate. However, occassionaly we do make an error. If you seen an error, please contact us immediately so that it can be resolved. PRIVACY POLICY COLLECTED INFORMATION We collect financial and personal information to the extent necessary to process product orders. This information is only used to conduct the fulfillment of the visitor's order and is not shared with outside entities except as needed to fulfill the customer's payment obligation. We collect only aggregate information on what pages visitors access. The information we collect is used for internal review to improve the web site. We do not share this information with any other organization for commercial purposes. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information that we maintain about them and a description of any other information that we maintain about them. Consumers can review this information by submitting a written request to our address below. Upon request, customers have the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, transaction information, and any communications that the customer/visitor has directed to the site. Your name and address information are provided to our credit card processing provider for the purposes of fraud prevention and verification of card ownership. Your telephone number is never shared with entities outside of SoaringUSA.
