Iris F3J

The Iris is a high-tech full carbon F3J competition model that with its outstanding flight characteristics and thermal abilities, completely thrilled pilots of all levels. To be competitive in F3J competition it is absolutely necessary to use high-strength CFRP HighTech materials. This also makes it very robust and suitable for an everyday use aircraft. This model has a 2.4GHz friendly hull with a solid but lightweight carbon fiber tube as a tail boom. The very shapely and aerodynamic rudder and elevator is also made using CFRP lightweight construction. Under the removable canopy is plenty of space for the two servos, receiver and receiver battery.

THe model has a three-part CFRP wing panel with all fittings, locks and joiners pre-assembled. The servo bays fit servos up to 16mm width in the flaps and up to 13mm width for the ailerons. The articulation of the ailerons and flaps is by LDS (Linear Drive System). Included in the kit are all parts with pushrods, servo manhole covers and other necessary small parts.
