Encanto F3L RES

Designed by Karol Chyba, the Encanto F3L is a top performing glider optimized for the F3L / F3-RES completion class. This ARF glider is handcrafted from laser cut and CNC routed balsa, ply and 3-D printed parts and is truly a work of art.

Encanto has achieved several successes including the winner of F3L Eurotour overall ranking achieving four podium places from five Eurotour competitions and took first place three times. The Encanto underwent some necessary improvements during the 2024 season and Karol knew that this model was now ready for customers.

This Encanto F3L comes with the standard camber wing which is best for most conditions. There is a higher camber version of the Encanto which excels in minimum sink conditions and low energy thermals. Click here for the high camber version.

Flying weight is about 470 grams or 16.5 oz and the ballast set is 150 grams or 5.2 oz.
