X Calibur 3.15M-E

The X-Calibur is a superb sport glider, and outstanding all purpose glider when configured as such.? The electric version is well is suited for cobalt or brushless motors and 12 to 20 cells.? This plane is majestic in the air, and exceptionally fast thanks to the planform and airfoil borrowed from our famous Blade gliders.

With this proven planform, the X-Calibur offers exceptional performance and speed range. The huge control surfaces provide incredible aerobatic control, making this plane an absolute joy to cruise the skies and truly defines the term "soaring".

Fully molded, featuring a 2 piece wing and a removable X-tail with full flying stabilizer and factory prepared rudder assembly. The X-Caliber comes with a comprehensive English manual with pages of pictures, diagrams, set up instructions, tips and tricks. See a picture of the manual below. Kit Contents
This kit is incredibly prefabricated, and is of very high quality. All airframe components are pre-painted, hollow molded fiberglass/carbon fiber-reinforced skins. The ailerons & flaps are pre-cut, and the skin's glass cloth provides a full-length gapless, living hinge. The servo access openings are cut away, and vacuum-formed plastic covers are provided as part of the accessory package. The Rudder is pre-hinged and installed, and the horizontal stabs simple slip into place.

The fuselage is molded fiberglass. The fiberglass canopy sets flushly into the hatch opening, and is retained by preinstalled magnets in a very slick, no fuss configuration. The kit comes with carbon fiber pushrods that use threaded rod ends (which are included). The hardware bag contains aileron horns and V-tail ball links, plus the required steel metric screws for wing and tail mounting.
